Demolition of existing structure and construction of a new Cross Fit Gymnasium.
Our Approach And Solution
Client contacted RMA to price a design-build project for their new gymnasium. The site was an abandoned car wash in the City of Friendswood by the name of Unicorn Car Wash. RMA assembled a design team including Civil Engineer, Architect and MEP Engineers and worked together with the owner to get the project designed and within budget. In order to reduce the cost, the existing paving for the car wash was left in place as part of the parking lot.
